Fitness Program FAQ’s

1. I bought the core muscle group program. Should I do one workout each day?

No! If you want to see results, you shouldn’t overtrain a muscle group. During every workout, you are breaking down your muscle fibers. They need time to repair themselves to come back stronger! Depending on what my goals are, I usually give each muscle group AT LEAST 3 days of rest. For the best results, train other muscle groups on the days that you are resting your core.

2. What if I’m not sure how to do one of the exercises in the plan?

Don’t stress! I have tried to include instructions, diagrams, or videos for all of the exercises in my programs. However, there are some that are still hard to do! Send me an email and I will answer any question you have and make sure you feel ready and capable of how to do it!

3. Do you follow these workouts?

Yes, indeed! All of the workouts in my fitness programs are workouts that I have completed myself. I have tons of workouts in my repertoire so I vary my workout routines often. But the workouts in the programs that I sell are my FAVORITES! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

4. Do you have to be a member of a gym for these fitness programs?

It depends! Some of them are GYM ONLY. While others can be done with minimal to no equipment needed. To double check, click on the program you are interested and it will say GYM ONLY in the description if you need a gym membership to complete the program.

5. I received an error message while my order was going through… How do I know if the transaction was successful?

If you feel that the order didn’t go through for whatever reason, send me an email at [email protected] I will look into the system and check! If it did go through, and you didn’t receive your order, I will manually email it to you.

6. Do you offer discounts if I want to purchase more than one program?

Yes I do! Get 3 programs of your choosing bundled together for $40. If purchasing more than 3 programs, each additional program after the $40 for 3 is $7.50 per program.
