What’s the best workout plan?
I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times but there is no secret to getting the body you want. By that, I mean there is no secret pill, no quick fix. Don’t let that discourage you. You are not defeated.
I’ll share my “secret” with you.
I’ve always been a numbers person. Show me the numbers… the data and rationale. Then I’ll understand it. For all my “numbers” people out there, I’ll show you some simple math. So here’s my equation.
CARDIO + WEIGHTS + PROTEIN SHAKES = YOUR DREAM BODY!
Now let me make things clear: The pages below will elaborate on it more, but I want to specify something first. When I say “Cardio,” I mean cardiovascular exercise. When I say “Weights,” I mean strength/resistance training (i.e., with weights). And last, but certainly not least, when I say “Protein Shakes,” I mean what nutrients you’re putting in your body (and when)… not solely just protein shakes. Not everybody uses or likes protein shakes or protein powder. AND THATS OK! Cardio, Weights, & Protein Shakes is what I personally do. And it rhymed.
