Arm Workout

These include many arm exercises – for both biceps and triceps. This arm workout can be split into two days if necessary! Triceps on one day; Biceps the next! 




Tricep Exercises:

 5-10 minute cardio warm up

3×10 Cable Tricep Pulldown

*single arm

3×10 Skull Crushers

*lie down on bench, hold barbell with straight arms above head, lower barbell towards forehead while keeping elbows stationary and in line with your shoulders

3×10 Tricep Dips

3×10 Seated Tricep Extension

*dumbell above head, lower weight behind head

3×10 Cable Tricep Pulldown

 





Bicep Exercises:

5 minute cardio

3×10 Dumbbell Bicep Curls

*single arm, 10 reps each arm = 1 set

3×15 Preacher Curls

3×30 Second Plank

3×10 Cable Hammer Curls

3×10 Combo Bicep Move

*1 standard dumbbell curl, 1 outward dumbbell curl; Note: 1 rep= both standard and outward curls
